How it works
1. SUBMIT YOUR SERVICE REQUEST
It is very important to us that we begin the dialogue to building a relationship with our customer. We will ask for as much information as we need on the history of the pool so that any kinks can be worked out before we start regular service.
2. WE SEND ONE OF OUR CERTIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Depending on the specific situation we will assign a technician to visit your pool or we will take the necessary steps to assess if any repairs/clean-up are needed before servicing. Work will only be completed with customer approval.
3. OUR TECHNICIAN WILL SERVICE YOUR POOL
We will ensure the health and cleanliness of your pool as well as make certain all equipment is operating properly.
